Devan Michelle Williams was born on May 12, 1997 to Michael Williams and
Rebecca (Williams) Toner.  She has always been a little girl that is full of life
and has brought joy to everyone around her.  She loves reading, camping,
and riding horses.  She is an animal lover and has mentioned the idea of
maybe becoming a veterinarian when she grows up.  Devan has an older
brother, Cody and an older sister, Ashley.  Devan is the love and light of her
family's eye.  She contains wisdom regarding life that many adults never
reach.  She is very philosophical  when it comes to asking questions and
understanding life lessons.  She is a very caring and loving little girl.  

A Prayer For Devan

On March 9, 2006 her parents found out that she has a brain tumor. The type of
tumor that she has been diagnosed with is called a diffuse pontine glioma. The
doctor's current prognosis is that Devan will only be with us for a short time.  
She is currently undergoing different types of therapy.  This will help give her
back the quality of life she is used to,  until the tumor reappears.  Her courage
and strength has helped her family preserve the faith that if anyone can beat the
tumor,  she will.  She is a hero in our eyes!
Devan Passed away on November 6, 2006.  She will be missed!  Please check out

This website is a dedication to the little girl we all know and love so much. It was
important to us to let all of our friends and family know how Devan was doing
and keep you all updated on her treatment. We are asking everyone we know to
